Kids Craft Club Registration

Kid Craft Club classes are 90 minutes and occur on Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays.  Registration and ticket must be purchased 24 hours prior to class date.

Classes are from 2-3:30pm.  Please ensure drop off and pick up times are prompt.  We request parent/guardian sign-in and sign-out, as well as a provided emergency contact.

Please see flyer information for waiver information.  Purchase of ticket is digital consent to the terms and conditions.

There will be no refunds.  If the instructor or Venue must cancel a class - notice will be sent and option of refund or payment can be applied to another class date.

In check out - please provide which date(s) you are purchasing tickets.  If multiple children's tickets are being purchased - please include First name of each child, so we can include their names to the Attendance roster.

Children must be at least 6 years old and currently l accept students up to 10 years old. Sign up for each class must be complete along with payment 24 hours prior to class.

Each class is 90 minutes and children may be dropped off. Behavior and Listening are a must in order to participate as well as ensuring every student gets the most out of their time. Any major disruptions will enact a Phone call for early Pick up.

Parents and Guardians must provide current contact information for themselves and an emergency contact.

The activities conducted in class will be safe and in accordance with what I would allow my own children. I am not liable for any major injury or harm. I Will have basic first aid (band-aids, soap and water) available, as needed.

Please ensure your child has eaten prior to class and it is encouraged to bring a water bottle, Neither I mor The Branch are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Once payment is recieved there will be no refunds.

If there are any cancellations on my end - I will refund or can transfer payment towards another class date.
